Membership Eligibility

Any attorney who is a member of any state bar and is not a prosecutor or full-time judge is eligible for membership. (See By-laws for details)
Any law student, paralegal or law clerk is eligible for non-voting membership.
Any professional person who is involved with the criminal justice system but is not an attorney, and is in agreement with the purposes of the organization is eligible for non-voting membership as an Allied Professional of Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice.

A statewide not-for-profit membership organization of criminal defense lawyers, law students and associated professionals dedicated to protecting the rights of the accused in the courts and in the legislature, promoting excellence in the practice of criminal law through education, training and mutual assistance, and fostering public awareness of citizens’ rights, the criminal justice system and the role of the defense lawyer.
