  • A panel of computer experts discusses the transmission and storage of digital evidence; peer-to-peer file sharing programs; how digital evidence should be preserved, disclosed, and interpreted; how to detect when digital spoilation has occurred; and much more. A child porn case will be used as an example.

  • From a defense attorney's perspective, how to prepare and present a case using digital evidence, what to do with the digital evidence and what the courts are saying about digital evidence. A child porn case will be used as an example.

  • What's the latest in DNA evidence and how it applies to your case.

  • How to utilize available technology to investigate and locate witnesses, especially those who are MIA.

  • What's going on in the Arizona Legislature? What's in the works? And what do defense attorneys need know.

  • eDiscovery. What it is and how to use it.

  • Update on Arizona's New Law on Expert Testimony
